Managing Subscriptions

Learn how to manager your subscription, update billing information, and cancel your plan.

TradeIt allows you to easily manage your subscription, billing details, and plan settings from within the platform.

You can view your current plan, upgrade your subscription, or manage billing information at any time.

Viewing Your Current Subscription

You can check your active subscription directly in your TradeIt account.

Your subscription page displays:

  • your current plan
  • monthly credit allocation
  • billing cycle
  • subscription status

This information helps you track your plan usage and manage your account more effectively.

Accessing Billing Settings

To manage your subscription:

1️⃣ Go to your Billing from Profile dropdown menu

2️⃣ Check your current plan and click Edit Plan or Cancel Subscription

This will redirect you to the secure billing portal where you can manage your plan and payment details.

Updating Payment Information

Inside the billing portal, you can update your payment information at any time.

You can:

  • update your payment method
  • change billing details
  • download invoices
  • view billing history

Keeping your payment information up to date ensures uninterrupted access to TradeIt services.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal.

When a subscription is cancelled:

  • your plan remains active until the end of the billing cycle
  • no further payments will be charged
  • the subscription will not renew automatically

This allows you to continue using TradeIt until your current billing period ends.

What Happens to Credits After Cancellation

Credits remain valid only while your subscription is active.

If your subscription is cancelled and the billing period ends:

  • remaining credits will expire
  • access to subscription features will be limited

For this reason, we recommend using any remaining credits before your subscription period ends.
