TradeIt allows you to upgrade your subscription plan at any time.
Upgrading your plan provides additional credits and expanded capabilities immediately, allowing you to continue your export activities without interruption.
When the Upgrade Takes Effect
When you upgrade your subscription:
- the new plan becomes active immediately
- the additional credits from the upgraded plan are issued right away
- your existing credits remain available
This means you can start using the benefits of the higher plan as soon as the upgrade is completed.
Payment for Plan Upgrades
When upgrading your plan, you only pay the difference between your current plan and the upgraded plan.
For example:
Current Plan | Upgraded Plan | Additional Payment |
$20 Plan | $50 Plan | $30 |
This ensures that you only pay the price difference rather than the full subscription price again.
What Happens to Your Existing Credits
Your remaining credit balance will remain unchanged after the upgrade.
This means:
- unused credits from your previous plan remain available
- additional credits from the upgraded plan are added
- your total available credits increase
This allows you to continue using your remaining credits without losing them.
Credit Adjustment After Upgrade
When you upgrade, TradeIt automatically adjusts your credit allocation.
For example:
Scenario | Result |
Upgrade from Plus β Pro | Additional credits are issued based on the difference |
Existing credits | Remain available |
New credit balance | Previous credits + additional credits |
Next Billing Date
Upgrading your plan does not change your billing cycle.
Your next billing date remains the same as your original subscription date.
At the next billing cycle, you will be charged the full price of the upgraded plan.
Example Upgrade Scenario
Example:
Item | Value |
Current Plan | $20 Plan |
Upgrade Plan | $50 Plan |
Upgrade Payment | $30 |
Existing Credits | Remain available |
Additional Credits | Issued immediately |
Next Billing Date | Unchanged |
This allows users to upgrade without disrupting their subscription cycle.
